Phillip Marquis

Born and raised in the Metro Washington DC area, Phillip developed his penchant for negotiation and sales in the school yard, assembling quite the trade market for anything from baseball cards to spare bicycle parts. Phillip also cultivated his passion for cars in his formative years. Like so many, he was hooked young… riding on phone books in his dad’s ’72 Mustang and collecting Matchbox Porsches.

After graduating with honors from George Mason University, Phillip continued his sales and finance career with BMW, consistently ranked top finance manager in the south east. It was during that time he advanced another passion and began to dabble in real estate, buying and selling multiple properties in Northern Virginia.

In 2012, after a trip down to visit friends, he and his family fell in love with North Carolina. They packed up and made Wake County their new home. After relocating, Phillip began work with one of the world’s most prolific brands, Porsche. Setting top sales and customer services records locally, receiving Porsches’ Sale Excellence Award, and ranking top 100 Worldwide, it can be said that relationships, diligence, and superior negotiation skills are Phillip's cornerstones. However, he quickly identifying the outstanding local real estate market, and much like his investments in DC, Phillip has purchased and managed multiple properties in the triangle area with great success. Phillip has always been a ‘car guy,’ but far more importantly, Phillip is a family man. His wife and business partner, Kelley, and their daughters Gigi and Natalie are the center of his universe and provide the inspiration and support behind all of Phillips endeavors.
